The story of lord kartikeya and lord ganesha Once goddess Parvati had a divine fruit wanted by her both sons kartikeya and ganesha. Lord shiva decided that the one who circles the world 3 thimes and comes back first will get it. After hearing the it lord kartikeya swiftly got into his peacock and embarked for the voyage.
